Job Title: Senior Contract Recruiter Forged Products (Skilled Trades/Manufacturing)Location: Cudahy, WI (3 days on-site minimum)Position Type: Contract-to-Permanent Overview: ATI is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Recruiter to join our Forged Products business unit, focusing on sourcing, hiring skilled trades, and manufacturing talent for hourly non-exempt roles, including CNC operators, Heat Treat technicians, and Maintenance specialists. This position will play a key role in developing strategic sourcing initiatives, partnering with business leaders, and optimizing recruitment processes to ensure we attract and hire the best talent in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: + Strategic Sourcing Expertise + Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber talent in the manufacturing space. + Leverage advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.) to identify and engage passive candidates. + Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging sourcing techniques, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment efforts. + Strategic Stakeholder Partnership/Advisement + Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs and organizational goals. + Serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and competitive landscape insights. + Facilitate regular feedback sessions and ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and business objectives. + Data & Analytics + Utilize data analytics to track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate quality. + Create and deliver reports/dashboards to provide stakeholders with insights on hiring trends, candidate pipelines, and process efficiency. + Use data-driven insights to continuously refine recruitment strategies and improve outcomes. + Recruitment Optimization Efforts + Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-fill. + Champion a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial outreach to final offer. + Foster collaboration across recruitment teams and with business leaders to refine and enhance recruitment practices. Preferred Qualifications: + 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on skilled trades or manufacturing recruitment. + Proven experience developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies for hourly non-exempt positions. + Strong understanding of the skilled trades and manufacturing labor market. + Demonstrated ability to use data analytics and reporting tools to drive decision-making and improve recruitment processes. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and leadership. + Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
