Senior Contracting Solutions Process Specialist (Demand to Deploy)

**THE POSITION**
Joining our company, you will gather an overview of the GBS Source to Pay (S2P) Enabling Services Organization with a particular focus on the tasks and responsibilities from Demand to Deploy, evaluating process & system change request, proposing solutions and taking the necessary steps to implement them to the template. You are working in a globally operating team that designs, builds and continuously improves Boehringer Ingelheim’s global Processes, using agile principles, methods and tools on a daily basis.
You will be qualified to contribute to a cross-functional team, and as a Contracting Solutions Senior Process Specialist you will be able to coordinate and propose solutions within the Demand Management process, as well as actively take part of Change and Release Management.
**Tasks & responsibilities**
• As a Contracting Solutions Senior Specialist, you are responsible for managing Boehringer Ingelheim’s global Contract Lifecycle Management solution in collaboration with our stakeholders in Legal, Sourcing and IT on corporate and local level.
• The focus of your role will be the design, configuration and deployment of standardized contract templates.
• You will engage with global and local Legal departments to collect and analyze user requirements and to determine appropriate options for new or existing contract templates.
• You will configure the build-in template engine to enable the system to automatically generate contracts based on requesters needs.
• You will be the primary contact for our Legal stakeholders regarding all contract template inquiries and will empower our support organization to assist end users within Legal, Sourcing, and the medical departments.
• You will document performed changes while ensuring accurate tracking and progress of changes in our ticketing system.
• You will participate in projects driven by Agile methods and tools.
**About our future employee**
• Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT or similar; and work experience with an IT affinity or in a field dealing with template generation or low-coding– e.g. Escriba, Website development, Macros
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word (MS Office package)
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify necessary actions
• Experience in at least some of the following: gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go-live support
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of prioritization and a structured way of working.
• Commitment to continuous learning and upskilling
• Paralegal experience is a plus
