About the Role: Are you skilled in contract analysis and negotiation, with a keen eye for detail? In this role, you will play a key part in managing and negotiating a diverse range of contracts, ensuring compliance and reducing risks. What You Will Do:Review, draft, and negotiate standard and non-standard contracts and supplier agreements of low to mid-level complexity for various services.Assess and evaluate M&A agreements, including break fees and disposition agreements when applicable.Ensure all contract packages are accurate and comply with Oracle’s business practices and internal approvals.Draft executive approval requests for key legal clauses, summarizing business issues effectively.Collaborate with business lines and subsidiaries to understand unique requirements and tailor processes and documents to meet end users’ needs.Prepare detailed contract status reports and manage contract log processing.Working Hours: 15:00 - 24:00 Romania Time.Qualifications:Strong knowledge of contracts and contract law.Excellent written and oral communication skills.High level of customer service attitude and personal motivation.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.Ability to exercise independent judgment and work under high stress and time-critical deadlines.Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle potentially confrontational situations with patience, diplomacy, and tact.3 - 5 years of contracts experience.BA/BS degree; Law degree is desirable.Bilingual skills (English and German/Spanish/French) are a plus.Experience with Oracle applications is a plus.Join Us: If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role as a Senior Contracts Analyst, we encourage you to apply.
