The position is responsible for understanding, interpreting and solving complex issues arising from purchased service and physician contracts. Responsible for accurate payment preparation of Providence South Division physician contracts. Intakes operational issues, develops action plans and resolves operational issues within defined time parameters. Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the contract documents within contract management system and network drives.

Required Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field. Or equivalent education/experience. 3 years experience in an office environment within a health care and/or corporate organization. 5 years experience with healthcare and/or corporate contracting responsibilities. 2 years Previous contract specialist or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field. Or equivalent education/experience.
