For a factory of Mobility in Shanghai Baoshan district, we are looking for a Senior Controller to shape the connected Mobility with us.

What are your responsibilities?

- Assist CM to monitor and analyze KPI and conduct performance controlling

- Budget and monthly rolling forecast

- Monitor monthly/quarterly/yearly closing

- Coordinate and cooperate with GSS for finance booking

- Costing controlling and optimization

- Communicate with government and support for the Reports required by Statistical Bureau

- Motivate team members to work both independently and jointly to complete request from involved parties

What do you need to qualify for this job?

Business Know ledge& Skill:

-       Practical experience in professional Finance / Accounting, Risk Management (prefer Siemens background)

-       Solid IFRS consolidation & reporting, PRC GAAP accounting & reporting

-       Fluency of English both on oral & writing

-       Mature knowledge in using business software (MS Office tools.), skills of using SAP is preferred

-       Good communication, analysis, time management skills

-       Strong analytical ability and executive summary ability

Leadership:

-       Take the initiative to change and pro-actively build up competency controlling team and streamline internal control process
