Job Description

Reporting to the Experience Optimisation Director, you will create impact within our Experience Optimisation Team, which focuses on improving online experiences, increasing conversion rates, and conducting A/B tests and user behaviour analysis. While our Experience Optimisation team operates globally, this role presents a unique opportunity to establish and grow our local capabilities in the UK while also working on global clients and initiatives.

You'll lead new testing plans, conduct quantitative and qualitative research in websites and apps, and provide applicable insights to improve clients' performance. At Jellyfish, we are committed to promoting professional growth, with potential career paths in leadership.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement CRO strategies to enhance conversion rates.Conduct qualitative and quantitative website and app research, and turn data into relevant insights.Use GA4, Tealium or Adobe Analytics to measure performance.Design, implement and analyse A/B tests.Troubleshoot testing issues and ensure the accuracy of implementation.Present insights to clients in weekly meetings and reports.

QualificationsOver 3 years of experience conducting large-scale qualitative and quantitative research in websites and apps for Conversion Rate Optimisation within a digital marketing environment.Experience explaining data-driven solutions and communicating them to non-technical partners.Proficiency with analytics tools such as GA4, Tealium or Adobe Analytics.Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms and heat mapping tools.You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options and find practical solutions.
