How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
The Coordinator of Account Services will be responsible for ensuring the effective and consistent delivery of billing support services for Delta Professional Services (DPS) B2B customers. The Coordinator of Account Services is a vital role performing business processes as billing, data analysis, invoices verification, financial data reconciliations, contracts maintenance and corporate client support. This position will report to the Manager of Revenue and Contract Sales at Delta Professional Services (DPS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines. DPS is a leader in pilot training services and supports customers from all over the world.
+ Executes the billing process for corporate clients.
+ Controls revenue, costs, and business partners services.
+ Provides analysis and financial information insights on corporate accounts.
+ Assists the design of processes, procedures, and corporate account documentation.
+ Ensures corporate accounts information is updated and compliant with internal and external stakeholders requirements.
+ Executes project tasks associated with data gathering or continuous improvement.
+ Supports the Manager – Account Services at DPS for day-to-day activities.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ 1-3 years of relevant experience within finance or operations management.
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent.
+ Solid organizational and leadership skills.
+ Must be able to effectively work with internal and external business partners to drive DPS work and manage corporate accounts information (sales, costs, contracts).
+ Emotional intelligence and relationship building skills.
+ Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
+ Solid computer skills including proficiency with Office 365 (Excel and PowerPoint) or Smartsheet.
+ Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an attention to detail.
+ Demonstrates that privacy is a priority when handling personal data.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
+ Familiarity or broad knowledge of the aviation industry and Operations infrastructure.
+ Desirable experience with analytics software (tableau or Power BI).
