Compensation: $60,406 - $76,800 / year

The opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a full-time Senior Coordinator, Visual Operations to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Senior Coordinator, you will be responsible for conducting all purchasing of visual merchandising elements as well as the organization of department financial and vendor documentation projects supporting retail operations. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting retail operations through effective vendor management and purchasing, this is the role for you.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 – $76,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Serve as the business partner for Birch Street, managing estimates, purchase orders, and invoices for the visual merchandising department Maintain and update budget trackers, monitor budget-to-actual numbers, prepare financial reports, and coordinate with accounts payable to ensure timely financial transactions Manage the visual purchasing requests workflow, ensuring all approved orders are processed, tracked, and delivered on time, while fulfilling replenishment and replacement requests for non-sellable items Handle purchase card orders for department supplies, organize sales orders and receipts, and complete weekly expense reports, ensuring the card balance is paid off weekly Onboard and maintain vendor information in Birch Street, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, while auditing and maintaining cleanliness in the retail studio More about you Experience in physical retail visual merchandising or operations, with a preference for a management role in big box or specialty retail Strong project management skills, with experience in office or executive management Knowledge of purchasing, sourcing, or procurement processes Minimum of 1 year of physical retail experience preferred, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills, with attention to detail in record-keeping and project execution Shift details
