And we need a whole team of people to keep things running in tip-top shape From the exceptional service at the check-in counter to the departure gate, and even behind the scenes making sure your checked bags arrive with you, our Airport Operations team keeps operations at our airports running smoothly every single day.
Key Responsibilities:Assists managers, supervisors and front line agents by performing administrative activities and functions including, but not limited to: Scheduling, Payroll/eTA, accounts payable, report preparation, wellness administration, safety and OJI reporting and tracking, airport and governmental reports, employee badging, record retention and process implementation to ensure compliance with SAQ and other audit requirements, financial planning and analysis, contract oversight, event planning, and other tasks to support local station leadership and employees. Other functions of this position may include:
Provides support for station frontline employees general manager that includes answering general office questions, payroll, and scheduling issues; duties also include support for badging requirements, gathering documents for performance wellness events, and interpretation of contract on an ad hoc basisProcesses corrects documents related to exceptions in time attendance systems to accurately reflect payroll for frontline employeesCreates reports such as landing fee report, daily operations report, and 30 other reports used by general managers, supervisors, and financial planning analysis (FPA) to make decisionsProcesses accounting invoices for station expenses such as customer service vouchers (CSVs) vendor invoices; duties also include reconciling general ledger (G/L) line items on monthly basis and providing estimated expenses to financial planning and analysis (FPA)Manages office supplies (including purchasing), plans office events, and organizes general meetingsFind your future at United We’re reinventing what our industry looks like, and what an airline can be – from the planes we fly to the people who fly them.
