Senior Coordinator Online LL.M. Programs
Position Summary: The Senior Coordinator Online LL.M. (Master of Laws) Programs is responsible for aiding the Assistant Dean Online LL.M. Programs in the management and daily operations of the Online LL.M. Program at University of Dayton School of Law. The Senior Coordinator will track student progress and run reports. The Senior Coordinator will also provide first-line student and faculty support for the Online LL.M. program. The Senior Coordinator will collaborate with the Center for Online Learning on course updates and quality checks. The Senior Coordinator will anticipate, develop, implement, and maintain/improve workflow processes to optimize operational efficiency. The Senior Coordinator will also provide admissions processing and registration support.  Minimum Qualifications:

Some college or vocational study
Administrative, paralegal, or office manager experience with demonstrated ability to identify problems and foresee needs, generate ideas for improvement and develop and implement solutions
Highly self-motivated and independent critical thinker and worker
Excellent organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Must have good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality with student information
Sound judgment and decision-making
Willingness and ability to learn new programs and processes, accept and adapt to change
Proven record of working with little supervision
Demonstrated ability to maintain regular interaction with persons at all levels
High functioning knowledge of computers, Microsoft software, and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

Five or more years of administrative, project management, or case management experience, preferably in an academic, higher education, or law school setting
Academic Advising Experience
Knowledge of Banner, Canvas, AppExtender and BDMS software, and Google Docs system
Familiarity of FERPA compliance
Experience with electronic file keeping
Some supervisory experience
Proven ability to learn or effectively work with online learning management systems, multiple databases, student platforms, and/or CRMs
Skilled at connecting and building rapport with students from socially and culturally diverse backgrounds
Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently coupled with excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of and sensitivity to a Catholic Marianist work environment
