The ro le you’ll contribute:
The Senior Copywriter is responsible for the creation of compelling, creative copy that supports the copy team and marketing department, as well as AdventHealth’s mission and business objectives.
· Supports the writing team’s overall efforts to research, conceptualize, write, proofread and edit original content that meets the needs of the organization
· Develops creative strategies for marketing campaigns and assets that educate, inform and resonate with the organization’s audiences and fulfill the marketing team’s objectives
· Seeks ways to improve existing content, strategies, processes and workflows
· Maintains consistency of voice, tone, style and structure of copy across all advertising and educational service tactics
· Forges strategic and meaningful partnerships with internal teams and clients to identify ways to maximize the team’s efforts and help reach the organization’s goals
· Provides outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all

· Responsible for conceptualization and development of content for marketing initiatives such as campaigns, print ads, websites, blogs, digital ads, social media, television, radio, direct mailers, billboards, etc. to the high standard expected of the marketing team
· Improves content through strategic use of SEO best practices
· Presents creative concepts and strategies to internal teams and clients
· Delivers strategic input on workflow optimization, creative/message consistency and quality control
· Adheres to and maintains AdventHealth brand standards, providing quality assurance of creative deliverables
· Collaborates with clients, project managers and graphic designers to identify and conceptualize creative concepts and messages that meet the goals of each project
Qualifications
T he expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
· Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Business, Marketing, Health Science, or related field
· At least seven years of experience in creative copywriting including marketing and advertising campaigns
