In this role, we are seeking talent who wants to go beyond the bounds of conventional copywriting to craft ideas and moments with meaning. Who can collaborate with fellow creatives to build work that motivates audiences to experience, feel, and act. Who can seamlessly shift across projects and brands; harnessing their developing creative toolkit in different ways to solve brand and business problems.

Our US Creative team is primarily Chicago-based, but we encourage candidates within NYC, Dallas, Austin, Los Angeles, and Seattle markets to apply. Think you’re the right fit but reside elsewhere? Let’s talk – we will consider remote rockstars, too.
**Start Date:** ASAP
**Travel:**
Presentations, working sessions, team gatherings, and presence at on-site activations are expected, up to 10%.
**Commitment:**
The successful candidate will work and track 40 hrs/week. However, our dynamic creative environment is not your traditional 9-5. We regularly operate across time zones, deadlines, event and production schedules, etc., made possible thanks to the shared trust, commitment, and accountability of team members. We do require flexibility from our employees to accommodate project needs. But we’re committed to giving it in return, too, as we deeply respect the need to maintain balance, well-being, and individual and family obligations… and personal passions and pursuits, too ( interests keep us interested – and interesting, after all).

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Generate and produce amazing ideas – across many mediums and crafts
* Master the voice of the brand (client and Mosaic)
* Craft headlines, captions, scripts, body copy with ease
* Apply storytelling skills to craft effective presentations
* Partner with designers and producers to actualize a vision
* Desire to understand the nuances of event production
* Passion for strategy, audience analysis, and able to action insights into great work
* Equally as comfortable working independently and with a team
* Committed to delivering excellence across all types of brief – from functional copy, to breakthrough concepts, and beyond
* Can master the business basics, working with PMs to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget
* Contributes to a culture of sharing, learning, respect and collaboration
**QUALIFICATIONS**
* 4-7 years progressive agency experience
* Educational or professional background in Copywriting
* Applies copywriting skills in a variety of mediums, including integrated campaigns, digital/social, scripting, headlines, content development, brand experiences, and more.
* Ability to develop the big idea/conceptual thinking, and then support in copy and storytelling needs
* Desire and passion for collaboration among creatives, agency partners, and vendors
* Possesses a passion for innovation, trends, and knowledge sharing
* Emerging presenter who has an interest and desire to craft and deliver effective presentations and pitches for a variety of audiences
* Can interpret and action feedback
* Understands the experiential and event space
* Willingness to step outside copy to support in overall creative vision, production, internal projects and beyond
* Understands the world of brands – language, tone, visuals
* Are both connected & collaborative – a culture vulture with deep tentacles and interests in culture, tech, music, fashion, art, etc, and passion for sharing
