Kforce client seeks a Senior Corporate Accountant to join their team in the Grand Rapids, MI. The client is a well-established company that will provide a hybrid work arrangement. Duties: * Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS * Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management and stakeholders * Compliance and Audit, ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations; Coordinate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations * Financial analysis - conduct financial analysis to identify trends * Tax compliance - assist in filing of tax returns and to make sure all tax regulations are accurate
