Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
+ Assists in the monthly consolidated accounting close process, including the close process for all corporate entities and intercompany eliminations
+ Assists in the preparation of monthly close schedules
+ Prepares monthly account reconciliations on all required accounts, including cash accounts
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Assists in the research of relevant authoritative guidance and technical accounting issues
+ Prepares the consolidated daily operating report
+ Prepares quarterly and annual supporting schedules required by external auditors
+ Assists in the monthly accrual process for all corporate companies and departments
+ Prepares and distributes exception reports utilized in financial reviews
+ Assists in the preparation of financial statements and related footnotes in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Regulation S-X
+ Assists in the preparation of the annual budget for all corporate entities
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
+ Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting
+ Three years of experience in public or private accounting
+ Thorough understanding of GAAP
+ Experience performing a consolidated accounting close
+ Experience performing account analysis

+ Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
+ Strong technical accounting knowledge
+ Detailed-oriented
+ Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
+ Ability to produce high quality work products
Training Requirements:
+ Knowledge of Infinium software, including general ledger, accounts payable, project accounting and fixed asset modules
+ Knowledge of financial reporting software
+ Keeps abreast of GAAP and other authoritative guidance issued by related agencies (FASB)
+ Keeps up-to-date of industry trends
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
+ Office work environment
+ Must be able to work in a fast paced work environment with strict deadlines
+ Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
+ Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
