Job Description

As a Senior Corporate Analyst, you will act as a strategic business partner to both supply chain and operations, guiding decision-making through business analysis and consultation. You will work closely with top management, operations, and regional sales to analyze cost drivers, sales and operations performance, promotions, and profitability. You will lead operations cost/forecasting and planning efforts, primarily focusing on operations cost analysis and reporting, and will serve as a primary point of contact for corporate planning.

ResponsibilitiesBuild financial models to develop the Annual Operating Plan and quarterly forecasts.Partner with Division and Corporate Leadership on target setting and contingency planning.Conduct full-cycle analysis to evaluate specific costs, operations, and business initiatives, providing insights to support strategic and tactical decision making.Develop and publish periodic and ad hoc reports to communicate business results versus goals and objectives.Conduct periodic financial close activities including accruals, deferrals, and reconciliations of accounting and reporting software.Seek opportunities to drive process and system modernization and transformation across the total supply chain.Essential SkillsExperience in forecasting, FP&A, financial analysis, financial modeling, and budgeting.Strong understanding of cost analysis (COGS, SG&A).Experience in manufacturing and logistics financial analysis, with an emphasis on logistics (transportation, warehouse/distribution).Proficiency in planning and forecasting, transformation, and model building.Experience with SAP, Excel, and building Power BI dashboards, and management reporting.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent.Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant analyst experience.Understanding of US GAAP; IFRS knowledge is a plus.Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsInternal drive for results and problem-solving skills.Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.One team mentality and intellectual curiosity.Commitment to continuous improvement.Work Environment

This is a hybrid role based at the corporate office in Raleigh, with a standard schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Initially, you will need to be in the office 4 days a week until you are up to speed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00

Vacation - 3 weeks plus 5 personal days
2 Floating holidays and normal holiday schedule
Healthcare is available the month after
401k match
