Your Role:
Responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts in support of a sales team. In addition, this role may get involved in matters related to intellectual property, employment law, real estate, compliance, products, and privacy.

JD, equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experienceMust be an active member in good standing with a State BarMinimum of 5+ years’ experience as an attorney supporting technology transactionsPrevious in-house experience in a similar role in a technology company highly advantageous, but not a requirementTeam player and attitude that no job is too big or too smallComfortable working in a fast-paced, high activity environmentStrong organisational and project management skills, including ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressureAbility to effectively work with cross-functional teams and various levels of employees, including senior executivesExperience advising clients about legal risks, negotiation strategies, and proposed courses of action to mitigate riskExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen and judgment, strategic legal thinking, initiative and attention to detail are a mustAn effective communicator at all levels in the organisation, with strong oral and written communication skillsAn energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and strong desire to work in a dynamic environmentFluent English, written and spoken. This is the base pay range for this position. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance.
