Senior Corporate Investigator

You’re constantly evolving, so shouldn’t your opportunities be, too? **The Opportunity** This unique opportunity reports to the Director of Corporate Investigations and works closely with legal, Employee Relations and Information Protection Risk Management. This position offers you the chance to apply your investigative skills to detect and prevent internal financial crimes and unethical behaviors. You'll collaborate closely with various departments and gain exposure to world-class investigative tools. Bring your ambition and proven experience to help us maintain the highest ethical standards. At this time, Ally will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. **The Work Itself** * Provide investigative services across all business lines. * Examine internal ethical, employment law, and employee relations violations; offer control improvements; generate summaries for leadership. * Foster positive relationships with industry groups and governmental agencies. * Collaborate with LOB representatives, legal, and human resources to resolve incidents. * Establish investigative plans using good judgment and investigative tools. * Capture facts and evidence; document findings; prepare suspicious activity reports. * Stay updated on investigative techniques, privacy laws, bank regulations, and incident handling procedures. **The Skills You Bring** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field. * 3+ years of experience handling investigations in financial services. * Strong understanding of financial institution operations and regulations. * Excellent interviewing skills (admission seeking interview) * Preferred certifications: CAMS, CRCM, CFE, CPP, PSP, CISSP. * Knowledge of HR procedures and employment law. * Strong working knowledge of investigative tools and techniques. * Ability to foster collaborative partnerships and influence at all levels. * Dedication to continuous improvement and outstanding customer service. * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and proactively. * Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. **How We'll Have Your Back** * Ally's compensation program offers market-competitive base pay and pay-for-performance incentives (bonuses) based on achieving personal and company goals.
