If you love numbers, thrive on challenges, and want to make a real impact, this role is your stage! **Key Responsibilities** + **Operations Support:** Be the financial guru for operations management, including SIOP and Quality. + **Financial Closing:** Own the monthly and quarterly financial closing processes with journal entries, forecasts, and variance explanations. + **Financial Planning & Analysis:** Design and execute short- and long-term financial plans, forecasts, and operational metrics for operations and capital expenditures. + **Reporting:** Create insightful management reports for various factory metrics and operational spend categories. + **Collaboration:** Partner with cross-functional teams to provide timely and accurate financial data, driving smart business decisions. + **Compliance:** Ensure 100% compliance with financial and business controls, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, government accounting standards, and internal audits. + **Ad Hoc Analysis:** Jump into ad hoc reporting and financial analysis as requested by management. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + Excel wizardry for data extraction and analysis. + Stellar written and verbal communication skills. + Sharp analytical mind to dissect operations results and communicate insights. + Experience in financial planning and analysis, including capital expenditures. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with centralized financial systems. + Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and government accounting standards. + Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. **Why Join Us?** At our company, we believe in making work fun and rewarding.
