Job Description: At ACT1, our people make the difference. As a Senior Cost and Pricing Analyst, supporting F-35 Joint Program Office, you will be trusted to review and analyze data to provide accurate forecasts of overall program performance to F-35 leadership.

Responsibilities:

Developing, updating, administering, and performing cost analysis and estimating products for the F-35 Program Office. Supporting contract negotiations, to include, but not limited to, pricing, technical analysis, and documentation creation. Evaluating historical pricing data utilizing learning and quantity curves to forecast future pricing scenarios. Conducting fact finding to gain a thorough understanding of cost proposals and supporting pricing data. Analyzing RFP, RFI, BOE, and other sources for price analysis, business risk, and compliance. Supporting annual F-35 cost estimate process to support budget planning and execution, contract negotiations, and other program decision making. Performing rapid response “what if” drills on the impact of technical and programmatic changes to the F-35 Program. Collecting, normalizing, and analyzing cost, pricing, and programmatic data. Coordinating with technical teammates and contracting (cross-functional teams) to understand the technical and contract requirements and integrate that information into cost/pricing models and cost/pricing positions.
