Wood is recruiting for a Senior Cost Controller to join our Operations team. This is a 12 month fixed term contract with hybrid working with 3 days a week in our clients office in Aberdeen and 2 days remote.

The Role

As Senior Cost Controller you will prepare and report project cost budgets, and tracking, management and reporting of project expenditure to enable robust control of projects throughout their lifecycle.

You will be responsible for the development of project budgets, the tracking of actual and forecasted costs and the generation of cost reports, ensuring they are prepared to the required level of detail and accuracy and accordance with contractual requirements and Wood policies, procedures and standards.

Support in the management of project budgets, actual and forecast costs, and the preparation and filing of project cost documentation.

Identify areas of best practise and driving continuous improvement within the Cost team.

We build long term strategic relationships with clients across each of our 4 sub-service lines: Decommissioning, Operations & Maintenance, Duty Holder and Optimised Energy. We project manage decommissioning scopes and provide skilled people offshore to help our clients get the best out their assets and keep them ahead.
