Senior Cost Estimator - Position Description

We have immediate hire openings for Senior Cost Estimator to join our PMS 377 Team supporting Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), who wants to grow with the Company. Security Clearance:

Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Responsibilities:

        Develops cost estimating products in support of program budget submissions, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions, sensitivity analyses, or program reviews.         Provides Estimate at Completion (EAC) status updates associated with construction cost contracts, develops Program Life Cycle Cost Estimates (PLCCE), provides validation of Navy and Industry-developed cost reduction initiatives, and collaborates with other Program Offices or team members to perform cost related studies across platforms.

Experiences:

        15 years professional experience in the Cost Estimate/Cost Assessment field.         15 years of DoD/DoN, specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding programs, Cost Estimate/Cost Assessment experience. Preferred

Education Requirements:

        Bachelor’s Degree         Master’s Degree Preferred
