Summary

Provides specialized legal advice and counseling to Business Partners and/or other lawyers within an area of expertise of high complexity.

Accountabilities:

Provides specialized legal advice and counseling to Business Partners and/or other lawyers within an area of expertise of high complexity.Identifies and analyzes legal risks and opportunities and proposes potential solutions to the business partner or Legal management. Manages retention of outside counsel.Ensures adherence to given legal policies and processes and reporting obligations. Reports needed data and oversees adherence to given legal policies and processes. Manages outside counsel.Represents field of expertise and acts as an ambassador for the internal and external legal community.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience working as a licensed attorney5 years of experience in Corporate Law, Finance, Real Estate and/or procurementExperience with acquisitions and mergersExperience with contracts, financing and creditsExperience working in a legal firm is desirableFluent English
