If you are up for the challenge and ready to expand your professional experiences and grow professionally with a thriving organization, we invite you to become a valued member of our team! **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Reviews, drafts and negotiates agreements and transaction documents in compliance with applicable policies and legal and ethical standards, without supervision, including in: + Responding, within established guidelines, to customers’ RFP/RFQs, vendor qualification documents and contractual requests; + Drafting and negotiating with customers, appropriate contractual language to reflect the business interests and policies of the parties; + Takes the Contracts Lead role on + Complex international and multi-BU project contracts; + Complex frame agreements (multi-BU & -WA); + Acts as Global, World Area or BU Contracts Lead for Global Strategic Accounts; + Interfaces with customers, members of the legal team and other Emerson stakeholders to bring deals to closure; + Analyses business, financial, and legal risks; + Researches information on existing agreements and contractual programs, assisting with analysis and compiling data for reports; + Provides contract-related guidance to Sales, Project Management and other stakeholders; + Participates in the approval process to assist business owners in making informed decisions and secure appropriate approvals; + Develops and communicates creative solutions and mitigation strategies to key negotiation points; + Assists in the mentoring and training of Contracts Trainees and Contracts Negotiators. **Who You Are:** You consistently apply a business driver and marketplace focus when prioritizing actions.
