We are seeking a highly skilled real estate (Senior) Legal Counsel (f/m/d) to join Siemens Mobility at Poznan. Your expertise, negotiation and analytical skills as well as project management knowledge will ensure that real estate topics are legal, binding, and in the best interest of the company.
How will be your future tasks? Ensuring adequate legal framework of the real estate transactions including structuring, drafting, negotiating and advising on real estate transaction documentation Leading complex real estate processes from legal perspective including commercial, construction as well as administrative decisions topics Managing regulatory and compliance-related services Assisting to business teams with real estate and commercial matters Managing outside counsel and associated budget where involvement of a law firm is required. If you have: Qualifications of a Legal Advisor or Lawyer At least 5 years of professional experience in real estate transactions and experience and knowledge in the public procurement and commercial law or interest to grow also in this direction - this is a necessary condition for us, Your native language is Polish; you exhibit fluency in English, having successfully prepared, negotiated, and carried out transactions in this language Independently led projects with many international stakeholders Extensive experience in real estate law and knowledge of the real estate industry in Poland, which includes lease transactions, property management, property development, construction, purchase and sales transactions you pay attention to the finer details of projects or tasks, ensuring that best quality standards are met, you remain focused and organized when faced with tight deadlines and can confidently present ideas, proposals, or reports in public speaking engagements, addressing questions or concerns effectively... ...then we are looking for you!
