Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria Support clients in prioritizing user stories in a product backlog Communicate effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver CPQ Assist BA/Lead in Customization / Integration workshops in collaboration with clients Document the Solution Design and translate to Build tasks Review test scripts and test scenarios Identify issues that could impact scope and work with the project manager to identify solutions

Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of Solution Design and requirements assessment experience Experience working as a Solution Architect on agile projects Structured and logical thinker Problem solver Inquisitive with ability to interpret customer requirements into solutions Ability to work with developers to ensure user stories are clear and well understood Highly organized with a strong attention to detail Clear communicator with strong verbal and written skills

Strong facilitation skills:

Interest in technology and using it to help people Desired Skills and Experience Experience in consulting on software implementations involving integrations and customizations at large Fortune 500 companies, preferably with CPQ, CLM, CRM or ERP systems Hands on experience with Quote to Cash processes and multiple CPQ solutions (Apttus/Conga and/or Salesforce CPQ experience preferred) Bachelors degree
