Overview The Job You’re Looking For! Are you ready to use your creative thinking to help shape the future of education? As our new Senior Creative Designer at McGraw Hill, you'll play a vital role in creating engaging and impactful content that connects with students and educators, driving our product efforts for our very successful India business. What You’ll Do: As part of the very successful Product team in our Noida office, you will develop content creatives for current affairs articles, blogs, and other content marketing initiatives. With a strong foundation in design theory, typography, and layout principles, our new Senior Creative Designer will conceptualise and design eye-catching book covers that align with the theme and target audience. Key Responsibilities: Designing book layouts – create and format book interiors (including text, images, and graphics), ensuring a polished and consistent look. Typesetting and typography – selecting the appropriate fonts and text styles, ensuring readability and alignment with the book’s overall aesthetics. Preparing print-ready files – ensuring final files are ready for printing, confirming all colours, bleeds, and specifications meet print production standards. Managing marketing materials – design promotional materials (flyers, banners, social media graphics, etc.), for book launches and marketing campaigns. Video review – editing captured videos that will produce engaging and appealing content for various social media platforms. Managing freelance designers – provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure consistent high-quality output. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in Graphic/creative print design Digital UI design User experience design Brand design Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and other design tools, (for e.g. Corel Draw, Figma). Someone with experience in the book publishing industry would be preferred. Someone with the ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines. A bachelor’s degree preferably in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Why Join Us?
