What You'll Do

A Senior Creative Manager within our Design Studios team is a strategic and visionary leader who brings deep expertise in design, creative storytelling, and team leadership. In this role, you will guide, mentor, and inspire a team of designers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring the delivery of impactful, high-quality design solutions.

 

What You’ll Be Focusing On:

Lead and Inspire – Serve as a creative thought leader, fostering innovation and excellence within the design team while providing mentorship and professional growth opportunities.Influence Globally as Creative Leader – Embrace collaboration with colleagues across global hubs, influencing and inspiring consistency in offerings and creative excellence.Build Strong Partnerships – Collaborate closely with consultant teams, strategists, and creative project leads fostering strong relationships to drive seamless integration of design into broader business initiatives.Drive Strategic Design Solutions – Partner with consultant teams to translate complex business challenges into compelling creative concepts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and BCG’s brand standards.Oversee End-to-End Execution – Manage multiple design projects from ideation to execution, navigating ambiguity with confidence and providing strategic guidance throughout the process.Develop Engaging Creative Briefs – Define project goals, set timelines, and drive execution while maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders.Champion Storytelling & Visual Communication – Craft narratives that elevate design solutions, transforming insights into visually compelling and engaging stories.Ensure Excellence in Delivery – Lead creative reviews, present ideas effectively, and ensure that all design work meets the highest standards of creativity and strategic impact.

What We’re Looking For:

A seasoned design professional with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual communication, brand storytelling, and strategic design thinking.Proven experience leading and managing cross-discipline design teams, with a passion for mentoring and developing creative talent.Ability to translate business language into creative concepts, bridging the gap between strategy and design.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence in articulating creative vision to both designers and business stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

Educational Background – A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, advertising, or a related creative field. Candidates with backgrounds in journalism, public relations, marketing, or other relevant disciplines will also be considered if they demonstrate relevant creative expertise.Extensive Experience – 8–10 years of proven experience in a creative services environment, design studio, or advertising agency, with a track record of delivering high-impact design solutions.Creative Leadership – Strong team management experience, with the ability to mentor, inspire, and develop design professionals across multiple levels.Strategic & Conceptual Thinking – Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into compelling visual narratives and creative solutions, ensuring alignment with brand and strategic goals.Multimode Production Expertise – Experience in written, visual, and digital production, with a strong understanding of multi-channel storytelling.Design & Problem-Solving Skills – Strong conceptual and design abilities, with a passion for elevating creative and technical performance within teams.Stakeholder Collaboration – Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including consultant teams, business leaders, and clients.Global & Multi-Cultural Experience – Experience working in a multi-cultural, cross-regional environment, effectively navigating diverse teams, cultures, and design perspectives.B2B & Business Acumen – Strong understanding of business language and B2B creative strategies, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and design.Client Engagement & Presentation Skills – Proven client-facing experience, with exceptional communication, persuasion, and storytelling abilities to present and defend creative concepts.Advanced Design Expertise – Deep knowledge of visual organization, composition, typography, hierarchy, and symbolic representation, with the ability to craft meaningful, high-quality designs.Language Proficiency – Advanced command of English, with the ability to navigate complex conversations and creative processes fluently.Technical Proficiency – Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 365 tools to support creative execution and team collaboration.Preferred Qualification – Prior experience working in a multinational company, with a strong understanding of global brand standards, international business environments, and cross-border creative workflows.
