We are seeking a Senior Creative Partnerships Manager to lead, strategize, and execute end-to-end integrated marketing and custom advertising partnerships. This role involves commercial planning, multi-stakeholder collaboration, negotiation, and overseeing marketing plans to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for our partners and Expedia Group. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks creatively and strategically and demonstrates exceptional project management and communication skills.
In This Role You Will:
Craft and lead compelling end-to-end integrated creative and brand partnerships
Ability to pitch strategic partnerships to clients, showcasing solutions that leverage Expedia Group’s unique capabilities and achieve mutual success
Lead negotiations with partners across seniority levels
Develop compelling business cases and collaborate closely with finance teams to ensure partnerships and initiatives are commercially viable.
Develop and implement innovative, strategic solutions that seamlessly drive brand awareness, foster engagement, and lead to conversions.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between various teams like Brand Marketing and Sales to achieve partnership success.
Oversee creative ideation and production through to successful partnership launches, working with Creatives, Designers and Producers to create the campaign
Identify and proactively create new opportunities that align with wider business objectives, capitalise on Brand equity and IP and leverage emerging trends
Experience and Qualifications:
A creative thinker and problem solver with a track record of developing compelling and innovative marketing programs.
A marketing professional with 5+ years of experience. Knowledge of the travel industry a plus
Experience in multimedia marketing and media strategy, with expertise across channels such as CTV, digital/programmatic, out-of-home, and social media.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in driving outcomes.
An excellent partnership manager able to advise on long-term strategies, with strong written, verbal, analytical, and numerical skills.
A confident presenter with the ability to engage clients and industry colleagues effectively.
Highly organized with exceptional time management and attention to detail.

The total cash range for this position in Miami is $104,000.00 to $145,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $166,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
