What you’ll do: + Dream up thumb-stopping creative ideas that are made for social and built for the brands we work with. + Bring those ideas to life through strong execution — whether it’s a TikTok, Reel, meme, or scrappy video with a big punch. + Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, editors, and other creatives to make work that doesn’t just look good but performs too. + Lead content development across campaigns, from concept to final asset. + Provide creative guidance to junior team members, helping to level up the work and grow the next gen of creators.
