Navistar Financial Corporation (“NFC”) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Credit Analyst to support customer’s financing their acquisition of International trucks and buses. This is a dynamic role with credit approval authority, focused on providing expert credit underwriting of fleet customers.

Navistar Financial Company (NFC) is the captive finance company for International Motors, LLC* and the provider of International TM Financial services.

Responsibilities Build strong relationships with dealers and customers as you assess credit requests.Perform in-depth financial analysis for both new and existing customers.Prepare clean, professional, and accurate credit write-ups.Recommend credit decisions and use your authority within our dual-signature policy.Communicate credit decisions clearly to all stakeholders.Ensure compliance with company policies, including risk ratings and credit reviews.Gather essential due diligence and KYC (Know Your Customer) information.Review documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.Ensure loans and leases are properly documented with perfected liens.Develop and deliver training to enhance the skills of our credit team.Educate dealers on credit and documentation requirements.Collaborate with management on policy updates and process improvements.Help resolve post-funding documentation issues.Always seek opportunities for continuous improvement. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 2 years of accounting or finance experience

OR

Master’s degreeAt least 1 year of accounting or finance experience

OR

At least 5 years of accounting or finance experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
