BE PART OF THE CONNECTION 

As a Sr. Credit Services Specialist, your focus is assisting with the oversight of daily department activities. You’ll work to resolve issues and establish positive relationships with customers. It’ll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!

Identifying and presenting improvements for operational procedures  Providing direction and coaching to team members Strengthening managerial skills and delegating responsibilities  Using creativity to problem solve complex issues 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM 

Required Qualifications 

Experience: Related work: 4 year, Collections, or customer service: 3 years, Resolving difficult and escalated issues: 3 years 

Education: High school diploma or GED 

Technical Skills: Knowledge of the ICOMS or CSG billing systems 

Skills: Effective written and verbal communication with technical and nontechnical audiences 

Schedule: Some travel required   

Preferred Qualifications 

Ability to solve practical problems with a variety of concrete variables and limited standardization  

Effective multitasking and decision making in a fast-paced environment  

Operational knowledge of Sales and Customer Service
