Senior CRM Data Strategist

Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

Analyze Customer data and provide actionable recommendations for resolutions and enhancements.Oversee Dynamics 365 storage, ensuring historical record maintenance and compliance with Data Governance rules.Collaborate with Marketing team members to support Marketing initiatives and data updates.Implement best practices for data management.Evaluate and plan for the resolution of stale data/records.

The qualifications.

5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 or similar tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Knowledge of SQL and data querying.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.
