We’re looking for a Senior Crypto Partnerships Manager to join our ever evolving Partnerships team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

We're seeking a dynamic Senior Crypto Partnerships Manager to drive revenue-generating relationships with crypto-native companies and shape the future of digital asset transactions.

What you'll own:

Strategic Partnership Development

Spearhead Worldpay's relationships and joint business plans with major crypto exchanges, DeFi protocols, and blockchain networksCreate and maintain a holistic view of our crypto partnerships, balancing strategic vision with a deep understanding of partnership pillars across all markets

Revenue Generation

Accountable for defined revenue goals from crypto partnershipsIdentify and develop new opportunities within the crypto ecosystemInitiate, align, and execute collaboration plans driving market growth, product innovation, and thought leadership

Cross-functional Leadership

Work closely with Global Strategy, Product, Go-to-Market, and Marketing teams to establish strategic plans and objectivesProvide leadership for partner agreements, strategic agendas, and commercial structures in the crypto spaceDirect and manage organizational relationships with crypto partners at all levelsWhat you bring:

Essential Skills

Proven track record in crypto/blockchain business development or partnershipsDeep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including major players, trends, and technologiesExcellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a history of creating revenue-generating solutions in the crypto spaceStrong ability to implement strategic initiatives, including market sales plans and operational decisions in fast-paced environments

Experience

Demonstrated success in planning, managing, and closing complex sales efforts in the crypto industryBackground in contract negotiation and execution specific to blockchain and digital asset partnershipsProven ability to provide guidance and influence across multiple levels in an organization, including senior executives

Communication

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex crypto concepts to various stakeholdersCapacity to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels, from crypto startups to enterprise blockchain projects

Industry Knowledge

In-depth familiarity with crypto payments, DeFi protocols, and blockchain-based financial solutionsUnderstanding of the intersection between traditional finance and crypto, including regulatory considerations

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $114,880.00 - $189,560.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
