Inpria, a subsidiary of JSR Corporation, has an immediate opening for a Senior Customer Applications Engineer based at IMEC, Leuven, Belgium. We seek an enthusiastic and conscientious candidate to join our diverse and talented R&D team as we extend the limits of EUV Lithography. This position carries responsibilities for the analysis of lithographic data, coordinating and executing experiments to guide photoresist development, synthesis of chemical and lithographic data, and effective communication to the wider R&D organization. Primary Responsibilities
Execute established data analysis protocols to parameterize and intelligently summarize large lithographic and chemical data setsAnalyze on-wafer data and tie results to extant characterization data for new R&D materialsSynthesize lithographic results and materials chemistry to provide clear material and process targetsCommunicate findings clearly and regularly to internal stakeholdersRespond dynamically to customer needs and emerging applications Execute, analyze and report out customer specific on-wafer experimentsRegularly attend internal and external customer meeting outside of standard EU time slotsLimited international travel to provide customer specific application support.Co-ordinate and design effective on-wafer experiments with the R&D Chemistry team in Corvallis and Applications team at IMEC Develop new metrology workflows to elucidate material properties and guide strategic decision-making on specific applicationsWork inside IMEC’s 300mm fab to execute lithography and process experimentsMaintain R&D data libraries and construct data reports for internal and external customersWho you are
M.S or Ph.D. in chemistry, physics, materials science, engineering or related disciplineDemonstrated photolithography and wafer handling experienceActive and effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills in EnglishTeamwork skills to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative research environment with lab and fab personnelKnowledge of fab logistics, track and scanner operation strongly preferredSemiconductor, thin films knowledge, and/or experience in a research setting is a plusWhat we offer
