As a Customer Experience Training\n Professional, your focus will be a team of customer service\n representatives to ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. You\n will oversee the response to inbound customer calls and email regarding order\n inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes, repairs and RMA's. You\n will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics,\n Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc., to resolve\n customer issues. You will process orders including order entry, expediting\n orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving\n discrepancies. You will act as a change agent and look for ways to improve\n Customer Care processes.

Key Responsibilities
You will deliver excellent customer\n service and manage the needs of our customers (internal and external) through\n our communication channels (phone and email), such as receiving high volume\n customer enquiries, orders or any associated item.
Processed all orders, by entering into\n the system, schedule materials, monitoring delivery dates to meet OTTR; and\n provide status update to customer / Sales personnel for order
Promptly resolve customer service issues\n to the customer’s satisfaction per company procedures and standards
Create and maintain customer accounts in\n database (SAP)
Monitor daily Order status and work with\n customer for order arrangement
Liaise closely with Sales, Logistic &\n Material team in driving action to satisfy customer order requirement &\n delivery performance
Coordinate with internal team to resolve\n customer issue, including sales & logistic related complaint
You will be accountable for meeting\n individual (KPIs) and team goals.
Understand and deliver business\n strategies and improve customer services through the execution of\n self-service.
Continuously identify work process\n improvements.
Take ownership of issues and concerns of\n customers, including operational issues, pricing / invoice queries etc.
Perform administrative duties, reports\n and special projects associated with Customer Support

Key Experience &\n Capabilities:
Relevant Diploma or Degree with minimum 2\n years working experience in Customer service or Support environment
Knowledge in SAP (order management\n package), and Proficient in MS Office application
Customer service with order management\n experience
Excellent Customer service skills –\n Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate\n telephone manners and communication skills excellent command of English\n (Spoken & Written)
Excellent personality traits; Good\n attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical\n and goal focused
Analytical thinking and high\n problem-solving skills.
Stress tolerance and able to work under\n pressured environment
Effective Team Player, high level sense\n of urgency and responsibility with the ability to Work Independently
Ability to speak local dialect will be an\n added advantage
