What you'll do

 

SAP LeanIX is actively seeking an experienced Senior Customer Marketing Specialist to join our rapidly expanding organization and lead our customer marketing initiatives. This strategic role will require you to work hand-in-hand with various team leaders in Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to conceptualize, create, and scale customer experience programs with the aim of bolstering the loyalty and growth of our Community. You should possess a solid history of understanding customer needs and decision-making processes, coupled with a strong focus on gauging the success of your initiatives. You should also be comfortable presenting your findings and developments to key stakeholders with confidence.

• Strategizing Customer Marketing: Conceptualize and develop an innovative Customer Experience strategy, leveraging insights across segments, products, and personas, and understanding the customer decision journey.

• Enhancing Customer Community’s Maturity: Collaborate with Customer Success to elevate all existing community activities, including communication and interaction.

 • Leading Customer Programs: Design programs that align the overall business goals to foster awareness, generate pipeline, accelerate activation, inspire advocacy, and encourage referrals.

 • Managing Content Creation: Oversee the development of content calendars and programs to ensure we are offering valuable content to all member segments and driving engagement.

 • Aligning Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with all levels in Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to ideate, build and scale customer experience programs, and build out customer.

 

What you bring

 

 • Experience in a similar senior role, with a proven track record of driving successful customer marketing activities.

• An advanced degree in marketing, analytics, business, or business informatics, or a related field.

 • Proven experience in independently creating and successfully executing community[1]focused marketing campaigns.

• Managing and prioritising projects across multiple teams, and collaborating with various stakeholders

• Budget management experience.

 • Exceptional analytical abilities and advanced project management skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 • Comprehensive understanding of B2B SaaS.
