Senior Customer Service Assistant - Euro Star at St Pancras Station, London
Pay Rate: £13.15 per hour, inclusive of London Allowance.
Hours: Full Time.
Shifts: Rotational shifts between 6:00am and 10:30pm, including weekends.
Applicants must be 18 years or older due to certain responsibilities within the role. The role involves manual loading and unloading of items, requiring physical capability and stamina.

AS A SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT YOU’LL:
Oversee efficient loading/unloading of catering equipment and stock from trains. Manage order assembly and maintain precise control over inventory. Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations. Strategically place products to minimize wastage through effective rotation.
