Synopsis of the role
Versatile customer service representative with proven experience delivering service standards customer by handling customer issues on value added services.

What you’ll do

Handle customer issues on value added services.Analyze and process request from members.Maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with all.Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues, questions and concerns swiftly.Keep up-grading his/her skills as per the requirement and should be ready to shoulder new/additional responsibilities assigned to them.Comfortable with a rapidly changing environment.Independently identify troubleshoot customer grievance and then escalate complex problems according to defined escalation proceduresOpenness to work flexible hours and 6 days a week (may include weekends and/or holidays)

What experience you need

Preferred Knowledge about SAS (Statistical Analysis System)Minimum qualification - Graduate in any discipline3 to 4 years of work experience of Process ExecutiveExcellent communication skills and strong command over the English language.Excellent Customer Service Skills.Willing to work in a shift-based work schedule.
