We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Victor. This role will be based in Mississauga, Canada. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This Sr. Customer Service Representative position helps review, research, and respond (via phone or e-mail) to unique and non-routine inbound calls, emails, and internet inquiries for external clients that require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures with the assistance of a computerized system.
We will count on you to:
Liaise with various departments and carriers to obtain information.
Contributes to the creation of customer service strategies and helps to document client needs.
Researches, monitors, and documents client requests, helps to perform needs analysis and provides client resolution e-mail deliverability on all e-mails and track usage.
Determines appropriate parties to contact if assistance is needed to resolve customer service issues.
Documents procedural changes and modifications to processes within the customer service department.
What you need to have:
2+ years of experience in Group Benefits and understanding group administration guidelines.
Customer service experience via email and phone with clients and brokers in the group insurance business.
Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
