Senior Customer Service Representative- Portuguese Speaking
Please note that this is a fixed-term position!
Customer teams are dealing with sales support processes, account management, order taking, invoicing, cash collection, pricing, service request management and supply chain management activities.
In this role You will:
Maintain customer and material master databaseEnter customer orders and follow them upManage customer requests and queriesLogging, assigning and supervising the progress of complaints & claims from receipt to completionInteract with customers and partners in a professional, friendly, and efficient mannerFacilitate the invoicing processSupervise supply outages and react accordingly for incoming and existing orders.What You will need to be successful:
Proficiency in English and Portuguese languages (Spanish is a plus)Relevant customer service experience in a telephone environment and/or Business Service Center environmentExperience in using SAP and/or MS Office applicationSenior stakeholder-management skillsExcellent written/oral communication skills and ability to build effective working relationshipsUnderstand complexities of the shipping, Marine and Energy market, have a deep understanding of the Customer Service processesAt bp, we provide the following environment & benefits to you:
