Senior Customer Service Technician

Resource Innovations is seeking a remote Senior Customer Service Technician to join our growing team. As a Senior Customer Service Technician with Resource Innovations, you will utilize your interpersonal and technical skills to assist customers in achieving their energy saving goals.

 We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team to work full-time remotely. The ideal candidate is well-organized and service-oriented, able to track tasks on numerous projects while delivering exceptional service to clients and customers alike.  A strong technical background will be preferred as the candidate may need to provide virtual technical support to customers. The candidate will feel comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and following established processes and procedures.  The candidate will place a premium on delivering high-quality customer service solutions, which improves customer experience and satisfaction with the program, our client, and organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintains customer confidentiality at all times in accordance with established client policies and procedures. Provides customer service support to various Resource Innovations clients across the United States, including answering a multi-line phone system, email, and chat inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Supports customers in making educated decisions about their energy usage, including a high level of technical support for products sold. Act as a liaison between contractors and customers for the purpose of gathering data surrounding installation and suitability of energy efficient products for the home. Provide a high level of follow up, including after installation calls to customers. Provides administrative support which includes, but is not limited to data entry, reporting, and electronic record keeping. Produces and maintains documents for the warehouse and office using Excel and other applications. Other duties as assigned.
