Senior Customer Strategy & Planning Executive
Company : Unilever Laos Job Title : Senior Customer Strategy & Planning Executive Work Location : Vientiane Office Purpose: The Customer Strategy and Planning Senior Executive delivers consistent, competitive, and profitable growth by translating the Ice Cream brand strategies into holistic category growth plans in related channels. This requires an in-depth understanding of category-channel portfolio opportunities and competitiveness, that leads to the development and deployment of strong shopper marketing programs activating the 4Ps (product, price, place, promo) that considers category trends/ opportunities, shopper needs, and retailer/channel priorities, while ensuring investment efficiency. Main Duties and Responsibilities: + Channel Plan: Developing and implementing channel plan including promotional strategy, key innovation/ renovation, monthly channel priorities and new product launch plan that integrates customer’s and Shopper’s insights to response to market’s competition and ensuring the plan are executed on-time in full. + Planning Marketing strategy full year to support trade and make excitement for customer. + Launch all promotion on time and follow up promotion performance by weekly. + Manage all channel for Ice -cream for total country deep dive to by brand and which SKU we need to focus and being to first priority. + Planning D4C (design for channel) yearly. + Tracking sales performance daily to know about the trend and planning actual strategy. + Manage monthly demand plan to align with market demand and category growth strategy. + Control management budget to support sales’ plan yearly. + Develop communication materials to ensure the plan is being executed effectively + Formulate the right growth strategies by understanding competitor’s activities, customer and shopper needs, aligned with marketing events + Evaluate and tracking of each project on hand, advice and give solution to sales team. + Monthly review Price strategy of product + Plaining for new product to excite market. Skills and Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field. + 1-2 years working experience in FMCG industry would be an advantage. + Familiar with MS Excel + Strong data analytical skills, strategic thinking. Able to synthesize various data inputs to shape strategy and executable actions. + Strategic, collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented, data-driven, innovative/creative. + Shopper- and consumer-obsessed: strives to understand consumers and shoppers to know the right triggers and barriers to drive behavioural change. + Business acumen and ownership mindset: understands key levers to deliver business results and takes ownership of results. + Project Management and Communication skills: able to manage project networks, can clearly and effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional partners to land projects and shared objectives OTIF. + Strategic influencing: able to drive category agenda with different high-level stakeholders and partners to deliver business objectives.
