Key Responsibilities

Lead the onboarding process for our clients in LATAM region. Engage the onboarding, retention and cross-selling Develop and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Lead strategic discussions and planning sessions to align our solutions with the client's business goals. Collaborate with the technical team to address client-specific requirements. Authority in orchestrating technical resources and delivering technical information Drives Customer Success Score metrics for customers and handles Escalations.

This position will require you to work from our Sinch office in São Paulo 2 to 3 days a week.
