The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,500.00 in our lowest geographic market to $222,900.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role reports into the Cyber Incident Data Analysis team at Nike within Corporate Information Security. You will work with Privacy, Legal, Incident Response, Nike Cyber Defense Center teams, and leaders and stakeholders across the business.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Senior Cyber Defense Coordinator – Incident Management in the Cyber Incident Data Analysis (CIDA) team. As the Incident Response team investigates the incident, CIDA jumps into action to drive the cross-functional management, driving the incident to closure. This role leads the Incident Management Team(s), documents and tracks all action taken, and leads post-closure review processes.

The candidate needs to be a team player with strong coordination experience, curiosity, and communication skills. We are looking for an individual who is a problem solver, adept at making good decisions under pressure, comfortable with cross-functional and distributed teams, and flexible with changing priorities.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training5 years of information technology experience with preferred 3 years in a cyber incident management or business continuity roleKnowledge of information security standards, principles, and practicesStrong project coordination skills including driving action across multiple stakeholdersExperience managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneouslyExpertise in MS Excel or similar tools to analyze data and extract meaningful insights and trendsStrong written and oral communication skillsThe ability to learn and apply new concepts quicklyComfortable with interfacing with other internal or external organizations regarding security policy and standards violations, security controls failure and incident response situationsAbility to balance and prioritize workProven track record of success in fast-moving organizations with complex technology applicationsPassion for Nike, for security, and a drive for continuous learningSIEM and SOAR experience a plusUnderstanding of Legal Privacy concepts and regulations worldwide a plusOne or more of the following professional certifications a plusCertified Information Security Professional (CISSP)Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)Global Information Assurance Certifications (GIAC)Ability to respond to time sensitive issues that occur at night or on weekends

Manage global escalation to engage leadership and cross-functional stakeholders and drive action for cyber security eventsEnable a culture of constant improvements by leading After Action processes to encourage reflection of wins and opportunities and championing process improvement and innovationElevate security strategy at Nike by analyzing, documenting, and communicating themes, trends, risks, and opportunitiesFacilitate data-driven decision making through the implementation and tracking of operational metrics related to security incidents
