About The Job:
The Senior Cybersecurity role will be a crucial member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team within the Chief Security Office (CSO). Responsible for cyber security areas across products, services, infrastructure, networks, and/or applications while providing protection for AT&T, our customers and our vendors/partners. Works with senior team members on various projects relating to the protection of devices, customers, assets, data, information technology, and networks.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical subject matter expert for authentication services, including SAML, OIDC, OAuth, Reverse Proxy, Entra ID, and certificate-based solutions.
Partner directly with application team clients to understand their needs and guide them in adopting appropriate authentication services and features.
Identify gaps where existing solutions do not meet client and business needs, gather requirements, and collaborate with product architecture and client teams to advocate for necessary enhancements.
Interface with application clients to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding and integration issues.
Collaborate with the internal operations team to ensure client requests are provisioned correctly and within the agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
Work closely with the product team to develop automated onboarding solutions for application clients, including creating workflows supported by ServiceNow.
Qualifications:
Requires 3-5 years’ experience related to authentication services and identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
Desire Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security related fields.
Requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Requires Daily Office Presence (5 days a week) at one of the listed locations.
Job Contribution:
Intermediate level technical professional. Subject matter technical knowledge within a discipline and sound understanding of ATT technologies.
Education:
Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security.
Experience:
Typically requires 3-5 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.

Our Senior Cybersecurity, earns between $130,700.00-$196,100.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
