  Data & AI Platform Engineer Primary location: Krakow, Poland

We are seeking a Data & AI Platform Engineer. You will work across our IoT and Enterprise data use-cases enabling the availability of data by creating data pipelines, data models & structures. 

This position is located in Poland, Krakow including hybrid options (3 days in a week work in the office).

 

What you'll do

– You understand the concept of master data management and are able to identify where to apply such practices.
– You build scalable calculation platforms, methods and practices which allow us to implement both SQL & Python based calculations through configurations for similar types of equipment.
– You are capable of working with data integrations f.ex. to fetch data through APIs and other integrations into our platform.
– You build proper monitoring for the data pipelines so that we are the first ones to realize if data is missing.
– You are interested in exploring what the advancements of AI bring to a Data & AI Platform.

 

Your qualifications & experience

– You are experienced with Snowflake, as that is what we have chosen as our foundation for Data & AI Platform.
– You are experienced in data transformations. We use dbt as our data processing tool.
– You are able to create data model and structure designs and justify your reasons for creating a certain type of design.
– You have experience in running ML Ops as part of a Data & AI Platform.
– Being experienced in Terraform / Infrastructure as a code is a plus.
– Experience in data integration tools like Mulesoft is appreciated.
– You speak fluent SQL and Python to be able to create and manage processes as well as potential Streamlit UIs f.ex. for data management purposes
