What You'll Do:As a Senior Data Analyst in our Analytics Performance Media team, you will design and lead analytical projects to improve advertising performance of our clients. You achieve this thanks by leveraging your business acumen, in-depth knowledge of our products, and expertise in online advertising.
Client insights: you will lead and oversee data analysis to explain performance trends of our advertisers’ adsets, identify areas of optimization, and standardize your work for broader application.
Project prioritization: you will help identify high-potential areas and projects for the team.
Collaborative projects: you will lead data projects, collaborating with other with various teams to answer the needs of our main advertisers, and inform the roadmap of our products.
Measurement and communication: you will develop and scale methodologies and metrics to report the impact of analytical initiatives.
Thought leadership: you will share your expertise with other analysts, raise needs to product teams, and provide feedback on product prototypes.
Who You Are:4+ years of experience in data analytics with expertise in marketing or advertising, including design of A/B tests, data integrations and reporting, attribution modelling, and performance management.
Advanced knowledge of Python, SQL, and solutions for automating and scaling analysis.
Experienced in managing data analytics projects, delivering impactful insights and detailed reports.
Demonstrated leadership in data teams, contributing to the team strategy, sharing knowledge, and mentoring other analysts.
Valuable to have worked with product and R&D teams, contributing to the design of a product roadmap.
Fluent in English.
Must be eligible to work in Spain full-time with no restrictions.
