Reporting to the VP of GTM Strategy and Operations, the Senior Data Analyst, GTM Planning and Analytics will be responsible for running the planning process and supporting the GTM team with analytical insights. The GTM Operations team focuses on managing, implementing, and optimizing GTM systems, process, and data. We own the GTM operations strategy, framing, evaluation, implementation, administration, infrastructure, and security.What you'll do:Build a center of excellence (COE) around metrics and KPI reporting, and delivery of actionable insights for the GTM organizations.Drive in-depth business performance analysis and narrative development for Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).Drive forecast management excellence to ensure sustained, predictable growth.Facilitate inspection of pipe generation efforts at every level of the Sales organization by delivering clear targets, instrumentation, and ensuring an effective leadership operating rhythm.Orchestrate many aspects of annual Go-To-Market planning.Support the business and executive team on ad-hoc strategic questions and initiatives.What you will need:5+ years of prior experience, including 3+ years in Strategy / Business Operations within a high growth company, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.Highly data-driven and analytical. You thrive on bringing actionability, rigor and scale to internal processes and business reporting.Must have technical skills in SQL, Tableau and Salesforce.Understand drivers of business and sales performance, can diagnose common business challenges, propose domain-relevant solutions, and can draw on your knowledge of industry best practices.You are a strategic problem solver who can simplify complex problems and recommend relevant and actionable solutions.Have a proven track record of execution.
