Senior Data Analyst

Overview:

The Bonadio Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to work in our Rochester, New York office. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities:

Market Expansion Analysis (10%):

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conduct comprehensive market research and analysis.

- Provides economic and market information for the Firm’s Merger and Acquisition Committee in support of the Firm’s growth initiative.

- Assess market trends, and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies for market expansion and mergers and acquisition.

Marketing Data Intelligence (30%):

- Engage with the marketing team to analyze data related to campaigns, customer engagement, and lead generation.

-  Provides monthly and quarterly digital marketing results.

- Utilize data analytics tools to derive meaningful insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.

-  Proficiency in Agency Analytics and Tapclicks analytic platforms informs $500,000 marketing investments.

- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

- Provide expert data analytics services to clients, understanding their business problems and objectives.

- Provides monthly and ad hoc STAR reports and dashboards for business development efforts.

- Drive value and insights from data, focusing on consumption and usability.

- Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge in the field of data analytics.


Data Management (10%):

- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of internal databases.

- Proficiency in STAR platform aids in accurate financial analysis across the Firm.

- Provide internal teams with training and support for adopting best practices in data management.


Reporting (25%):

- Develop reporting solutions for various business functional areas, including management, financial, compliance, operations, and risk.

- Provides monthly dashboard reports for Chief Operating Officer, Chief Growth Officer and Chief Financial Officer that informs critical business decisions.

- Collaborate with clients to address issues in the development of reporting and analytics business capabilities, strategy, and roadmap.

CRM Implementation (10%):

- Lead the internal implementation and optimization of Salesforce CRM to streamline sales and marketing processes.

- Collaborate with IT and relevant departments to ensure a seamless integration and maintain data integrity within Salesforce.

Project Management (15%):

- Serve as a key member of a team, leading initiatives ranging from discrete projects to full implementations of reporting and analytics applications.

- Serves a liaison with offshore vendors and facilitates vendor requests and requirements.

Requirements:

- A minimum of a masters degree in Data Science or Business Analytics

- A minimum of three years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst supporting organization design in data warehousing, data analytics and data science as well as applying predictive modeling concepts, machine learning approaches and optimization algorithms.

- A minimum of three years of experience with Python, R Programming, SQL, Tableau, and Azure

- Requires the ability and willingness for ~10% travel for team meetings at our offices throughout New York State, and Dallas, Texas. 

The base salary for this position is $91,374 annually.

Hours of Operation:

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through FridayOur summer hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.  We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times
