Senior Data Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic Assessment: Conduct data assessments to gauge client’s data and marketing maturity, define data goals and objectives, and clarify project scopes with client stakeholders. Client Engagement: Establish and align procedures and timelines for data operations and KPIs with clients. Build and stabilize data processes and workflows. Cross Functional Collaboration: Engage with MarOps to understand data sources and create workflows to create a seamless environment between all MarTech platforms. Priority Coordination: Coordinate priorities with client stakeholders, identifying dependencies or risks proactively. Strategy Development: Providing strategic recommendations based on data analysis to improve ROI, customer acquisition, retention, and overall marketing effectiveness. Data Analysis: Conducting in depth analysis of marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends using statistical techniques and tools. Reporting and Visualization: Creating comprehensive reports and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders, including marketing teams, executives, and clients. Campaign Optimization: Collaborating with marketing teams to optimize campaigns based on data driven insights, such as adjusting targeting strategies, refining messaging, or reallocating budget. People Management: Serve as a senior buddy to data analysts and associates, offering guidance and support to foster their professional development.
